“An artist of many mediums, forms, and images... just like life”
Sofia was born a fourth generation artist. Originally from Venezuela, she displayed outstanding artistic ability at a very young age. Painting and drawing long before she was reading or writing, some of her work was published on the newspaper weekly Cultural Pages, when she was only 8 years old. Her training in art started at home and continues to this day. Being born in the tropics with a Greek-French background gives her work a mix of shades and emotions filled with passion for life.
This now local artist works with several medias and techniques, ranging from charcoal to acrylics, oils and mix media, as well as experimental new mediums. She has developed her style and technique as a product of her personal evolution. These are presented in her art as an expression of freedom and a song to life.

On the east coast: New York, Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida.
